Innerspace not asking for username/password ??

Post by milamber » Sat Jul 23, 2005 6:49 pm

I just bought gamingtools subscription and downloaded IS from the website..
Installed (win xp pro, SP 2, latest updates and .NET framework 1.1) and tried running it. Pop up box comes up saying: Innerspace is only available to lavish software subscribers.

Is there an error with the file or something on my side?

You've used our software before as a different username, and it's set to auto-login with that.

You can do one of the following to solve this:
1. Download WinEQ 2 (even if you dont want to use it), and from the menu select Lavish Login
2. Open REGEDIT, and delete the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Lavish Software key
