Video Capture Codec

I am using WinEQ2 Pro.

- Is there a way to change the codec the video is captured with?
- Can the video be sent as a stream instead of to a file?

No to both. WinEQ 2 isn't intended to be a fully-featured video capture program. The video capture functionality is simply meant to be an alternative for users who arent hardcore video capture buffs with FRAPS and all the latest tools. The encoding is done automatically because not everyone knows anything about converting from an uncompressed format (fraps codec) to something more manageable (divx, whatever), and WMV is simple enough.
