Inner Space And Lord of the rings online
Ive downloaded and installed innerspace and ISBoxer. Followed the setup video as close as I could, but have no clue on how to get it to bring up both accounts for login.
Do I need to have both accounts running first? Do I click on the character sets from the taskbar button? I tried the character sets button, but it only opens one instance of LotRO.
If it helps any im running Windows Vista home 64 bit.
My appologies if I sound like a total noob. Im just having the hardest time figuring out how to get this thing to fire up both of my accounts.

Hi!
I've been running IS, ISBoxer and LOTRO for about as long as anyone else that I can tell.
A few things to check:
1) Make sure you have DirectX10 disabled in LOTRO
2) Make sure your LOTRO profile is setup properly (you can launch a single instance of LOTRO through the IS taskbar menu by selecting the top listing of LOTRO)
3) Make sure that your character set identifies each character that you want to launch, and that they are all assigned to either "Current Computer" or the named computer you have identified
4) Make sure you have a Window-layout defined for the character set.
5) Make sure to adjust the following setting in your UserPreferences.ini file (which should be located in your Documents\The Lord Of The Rings Online folder): Under the section [Net] and look for the line:
ComputeUniquePort=True
When selecting the Character Set from the taskbar menu to launch your characters, it will launch one launcher login window, wait for you to complete the login to the point where the actual LOTRO client is launched. Then it will launch the 2nd launcher login window.
If you are still having problems, let us know. I'm sure that Lax may have something else that I forgot to mention.

I have this exact problem
so you're not alone Beeanner. I have tried all the things suggested by JamieW and mine just won't launch more then 1 LotRO, I can launch more manually...but innerspace doesn't detect it.
You seem to be further then I though Beeanner
I can't even bring up a second one to login.
So bump for justice!

1. Make sure Direct3D 10 mode is off, or only 1 will launch because the first one will not initialize.
2. If it takes longer than 60 seconds for the first one to launch (for example because it had to patch, or it took that long for any other reason), you will need to manually launch the next one. The 60 second timeout is there in case something goes wrong, like the first one crashes
If only one launches, and Direct3D 10 mode is off, then you can force the next one to launch by re-launching your Character Set. It will pick up where it left off (because it will only be launching the missing characters from the set).

Cheers Lax,
Though it turned out my problem was me using Windows 7
it's not working with LotRO right now?
Changed to Windows xp 64 bit and it works fine, though now my problem is that when it tries to launch the second LotRO it says that it's already running. Don't suppose you know a fix for that? hehe

He forgot to say to change it to: ComputeUniquePort=False
if it's True, you won't be able to start multiple instances.
