Clicking on a new window only activates window...
I just moved over to IS from EQwin2. I'm using ISBoxer.
I have my regions set up like the tiled setting in EQwin. So when I use a new window nothing moves.
My problem is, In EQwin when I clicked into a new window, whatever I clicked on would actualy activate. So if I wanted to cast one spell on all 3 of my characters I could do it in just 3 clicks. However, in IS when I click into a new window it just makes the new window active and does not cast the spell. This means I have to click twice in every window.
Anyone know if I can get this working like it did in EQwin? Thanks for any help.

With ISBoxer, you should never need to click on another window to make it cast a spell. You can set up a key that makes the spells cast on all windows at the same time if you want, or you can turn on key and/or mouse broadcasting (Repeater) to do it.
Regardless, the answer to your question is as follows. In your ISBoxer Window Layout (assuming you have one), where it says "When clicking to focus a window, the game should" and then "do what it normally does" is selected by default, change it to "treat it like any other click". Export to Inner Space, re-launch the game, and it should work as desired.

Thanks for the reply.
I had already found the "When clicking to focus a window, the game should" setting and tried both of the mentioned options with no success. The game sessions do not respond by carrying out the action with the first click on either setting.
Ill post my settings in case they would be helpful to you.

Also, in response to your statement about never having to switch to a different window. I find that I could cast spells and do many things with hotkeys or repeater.
However, to carry out all of the thing that I need to do, including memorizing new spells and independently moving different characters would take a very large amount of custom commands and memorization of those commands. I would rather just use the game as normal by switching to that character when doing these more complicated tasks.

Firs off I'm still looking for an answer to my original question here.
Another question. Is it possible to set a hotkey or mouse button to make one of the regions go full screen? I have my 3 regions set so that they are equal sizes like EQwin does. But from time to time it would be nice to blow one of them up to full size.

Well, the answer to your original question is the window layout option we talked about. If it doesn't work, then the new answer is that it must be a bug. I've verified that it doesn't work for EQ1, and I'm looking into it.
Yes, it is possible to set a hotkey or mouse button to make one of the regions go full screen. You can do this by making region 1 full screen, enable the Swap option in your Window Layout, and set it to "only when I press ______" -- so you would have 4 regions instead of 3, 1 being full screen, and the other 3 being as you have it now.
