No idea why this is happened, i'm running windows xp pro 64bit. Just started happening since yesterday, WinEQ has always loaded up fine before.

I don't know what it is, but it's not from WinEQ 2. WinEQ would have to be patched for something like that to happen, and that's not an API call that I use.

It's from some other software. Sorry!

You can try shutting down other running programs, scanning for viruses and spyware, etc.
