This isn't documented in the proper places, so I'll paste you the relevant portion of the changelog:
The default console key, contrary to popular belief, is not ~ (tilde). It is ` (accent grave). On a US Keyboard, ~ is the shift-state of the ` key. I believe on the Swedish keyboard, ~ is a key without hitting shift, so that's a bit different. At any rate, the key for you should default to ? but try all 4 of them and one of them will work, assuming you see the FPS and memory indicators in the upper left part of the window.
Code: Select all
- Default console binding is now changed to be friendlier to our international friends.
Default keys in order of precedence are ` ? ~ F12. The first key from the left that
is found to exist will be used as your default console key.
Well, one of the four keys should work. Open the uplink console via the "Console" option on the right click menu, and type "bind -list". It should say something like this:
The second part shows what key is assigned to the bound command. On my system, it is the ` key. What does yours say?

Well, from your key list it looks like at least F12 should work just fine.
Go into the configuration window and click on "Startup" under Startup Sequences for Sessions (blue button, upper right part of the window on the general tab). The top item in the list is "Console". Click on it.
The "Command to execute . . ." box should say something along the lines of:
Change it to whatever button you like, from the list you pasted, if the key it says doesn't work. If the key name is multiple words, put quotes around it, like so:
