WinEQ not starting at all?

Tried installing WinEQ on my new box. Started out getting the PSAPI.DLL not found error. Transfered that file from this computer that runs Wineq properly. Now getting:

"The PSAPI.DLL file is
linked to missing export NTDLL.DLL:NtAllocateVirtualMemory"

that message followed up by:

"C:\Program Files\WinEQ2\WinEQ2.exe
A Device attatched to tye system is not functioning"

Device Manager says that everything is working properly.
Updated Video Card Drivers, Directx 9.0c
Running Athlon 3000+ with 1G Ram, 8x agp vid with 256 vid ram.
Windows Me, Everquest Titanium, Ventrillo, WinEQ, and Yahoo IM are the only things installed on a fresh format of my 40g hard drive other then the needed drivers that are all updated, also did all the windows updates.

Any help?

WinEQ 2 requires Windows 2000 or later. Windows ME does not have the APIs WinEQ 2 requires. I'm not sure why you'd run Windows ME on a new system? As I mentioned on another thread earlier today, Microsoft wont even be supporting Windows ME after this spring because it's leaving the product support cycle.

If you really want to use WinME, your choices of software here are limited to WinEQ 1.38 and EQPlayNice
