help tweaking

The "factory defaults" are my recommendations for fps and rendering limiting for any amount of boxing.
Foreground, 40 fps in FPS limiter mode. Rendering 1/1
Background, 30 fps in calculate mode, Rendering 1/30
You want background rendering to match the background FPS, so it should ideally be rendering one frame per second. Calculate mode for the background helps make sure the system and your main window can run consistently.
To improve zone times, you would have to increase RAM -- even if all 3 sessions had the conservative settings in this sysinfo.txt, that's already running you completely out of RAM, not even taking into account other programs running, or the operating system. With 3 running theres probably at least 100MB of what should be in RAM stored on your hard drive. That's a big problem considering the hard drive is something like a million times slower than RAM.
