Anybody else out there have this problem at all...
Try to bring up WinEQ and get the message in the subject bar. What does the negative number in parentheses mean? Any assistance would be very very much appreciated. Basically I can't run EQ through WinEQ now, that is the main problem...

It means you are using a really old version of WinEQ and as per the news, really old versions have been disabled. Just download the new version, which automatically patches itself since 1.31.
