WinEQ only does Normal mode no matter what

Hello,

I downloaded WinEQ today for the 1st time and wanted to give it a shot before actually buying the product however i run into some add problems already setting up.No matter what i try what options i select or what profile i make it keeps going to normal mode so windowed mode in my screen resolution i cant get the window to resize or tile at all and i modified about all settings there are from Quarter to Tiny it does nothing at all i tried different things but nothing helps looking for an solution..

its WinEQ 1.30 i downloaded from here but i assume that is the latest.

I run an Amd Athlon 3200+ 1 GB RAM GeforceTI5600 256 Mb RAM atm
