WinEQ on the German Server?

Is WinEQ compatible with the German Server ?

I don't see why not, give it a shot. I know a lot of non-English people use it

Does not work on the German Server for me. At the Server Selection it says that the choosen language is not compatible. Some help would be very nice. Maybe by other german players.

OK. I will look into it. You can turn on the "Run patcher" option in the Global Preferences, General tab and it will definitely work. I'm guessing I need to pass parameters to eqgame.exe to skip the patcher for you.

Mhh, but i can not type in my passwort in eq, with the "Run patcher" option!?

1.35 is now available. Please let me know if anything has changed for you. Also, select your locale in the profile preferences (option just added in 1.35). This is required in order for some extra information about your keyboard to show up in WinEQ.log, and allows you the option of not having to patch to start EQ through WinEQ.

I imagine I will have this problem solved soon, as a subscriber is trying to get it to work on the server mentioned here and seems to be active on the boards at this time.
