hey can you please fix the crash when I and other people as you can see of all the other posts when 1.16 came out we cant load up a 2nd acct. its not just one person so obviously theres a problem. Thanks

Yes as I can see a few people are having an issue with 1.16 and it will be solved as soon as possible. More than likely in a way you're not expecting, since the problem is actually that you're trying to extend your physical RAM further than it's supposed to. Until I am able to come to a solution, you should try logging all characters you wish to use into CHARACTER SELECT first, and then entering the game once they are ALL at character select. If you log into the game and then try to log in another character, you may have already used up the memory it needed just to load it. On the other hand, if they all enter to character select you can squeeze past the initial memory requirements, and you'll just be missing some textures in the game.
