Graphics Card Question

I've been running a GeForce 4 Ti4200 64mb card for about a year now and its always run 2 instances of EQ great until recently. As of May I haven't been able to 2box w/o crashing one of the screens even with EQPN on.

Pentium 4 2.66Ghz
1GB DDR RAM

P.S. this really isn't an issue because my Radeon 9800pro should be arriving any day but, I would still like to understand why.

You may just need to reduce the graphics settings to run 2 gracefully. Specifically, texture quality to low. I'm doing a lot of testing with a really low end card right now, I'll have some better info as well as a new release in the next day or two.
