Over lapping issue?

I am using windows XP home edition, and when i am botting the other screen trys to show through the screen i currently have up, any suggestions? i even tried to use the min button but it still kinda just flashes through the screen i have up.

If you're using Windows XP, you should really be using WinEQ 2...
