Lock window

Hiya .

i am new to win eq , i am trying to box 2 . side by side and i am using 800X600 screen resolution ,

every time i try to use tiny mod wont let me . when i right click on the window
it shows( mark ) lock window and i cant remove it . cant chage window size even ...
