I purchased Wineq (subscriptiWinEQ Version 1.38 Initializing

I highly recommend using WinEQ 2, rather than 1.38, when using Windows XP. WinEQ 1.38 is only around so that Windows 98 and Me users can use it if they please.

Give that a shot and see if it gives you any trouble.
