1) what is the command to make the healing messages stop.
2) is there an add on that can let me hear my damage taken and DPS instead of just DPS?

As you did not include any information on what steps you have already taken / tried, one can only guess at it.
From what I gathered from the FAQ and online user manual freely viewable at the same page i downloaded this program from.......
you could try in game commands:
/note say healed off
or
/note say healing off
give them a try and see if that works. I'm not sure about the second question you had.. as I just found this proggie yesterday and am still learning the ins and outs of it myself.
