Authentication problems..

It tells me Failure to authenticate (-14) please authenticate and restart game.

The server is under heavy load right now since everyone's trying to log in now that the servers are up. Apparently it hit a kink somewhere and things got backed up. I'm working on the server and I reset it for now.

Hmm, that does not inspire a lot of confidence in actually paying for the software if you are already having these issues. What sort of guarantee this is not happening to the paying subscribers? I notice the forum is locked for them. Consider me highly suspicious.

The forum isn't locked except to non-members. The issue will be ironed out, keep in mind that this is the first day with heavy load and there may be a bug in the server for me to fix. I'll have things fully functional shortly.

EQPN wont even pop the box the type my login info. It did at first, but after I entered my info it gave the error message and no longer pops it. This normal after the error? Have tried reinstalling and getting same message

If you told it to automatically log you in, no Lavish software will not ask for your credentials until it has a login problem. It'll hide the entire process from you

Server is working fine, I'm saying if you dont get a message box or a login box, you either already logged in and authenticated automatically, or the box was hidden from you. If you log in automatically (successfully), you do not see a message.

Have had to take care of paying people first and foremost. I will be putting up a new version shortly to take care of someone elses minor issue as well as yours.

This will be a new version of the software so you will need to download it. The auto-downloader for actual version changes is not ready yet
