When i started to use EQPN (before move to lavish software), when i changed to, for example, internet explorer from eq, the use of cpu went to 1-2%.
Now when i swamp from eq to another aplication it gets stuck on 18-20% of cpu use and when i'm playing it uses more cpu than before. All the configuration is the same in ini file.
Any idea pls?

The difference in background performance is that the Rendering Limiting feature is a subscriber-only feature. Foreground performance should be the same, any increase or decrease there is probably due to changes in EQ itself unless you actually hit the FPS threshold.
