patch aug 13th

There was an emergency patch on Aug 13th, which is now not allowing current EQ playnice to work. Just thought you should know so that an update can be posted here if one isnt already in the works.

Please update to EQPlayNice 1.14, the emergency patch was supported within a couple hours. When you receive this type of problem PLEASE give the version number shown in the message. With EQPlayNice 1.13 and older you will not see a version number with the latest patch because they changed EQ enough that EQPlayNice could not grab the version info.
