Having to Disable EQplaynice

Since the August 14th Patch to Everquest the only way to run Everquest using WinEq2 is by disabling EQplaynice. This works however i've noticed some increased lag while doing this. The sound becomes choppy, and I get graphical hitched where previously I did not. I can't up load any system specs as I'm at work right now however if needed I will do so when I return home.

This should no longer be an issue with the August 15th patch.
