eqpn not working properly?

Well, I have v1.10 of eqpn and it doesn't appear to be doing anything. I authenticate and all, but it still uses 85-99% of my CPU. Here is the .ini file if that helps.

As you can see, I even lowered the background FPS. Any suggestions?

Set the BackgroundMaxFPS to 1 and see if that changes anything. What is your system specs?
