Just tried to log in after the latest patch, and can't. Says eq playnice doesn't support this version of eq. How soon will you have an update to correct this?

I have the same problem, as a work around do not click the OK button and you can still logon and play, just drag the warnings to the side of the screen.

same problem here as of 2/15 at 7:25am PST. "This version of Everquest is not currently supported by EQPlayNice. You may need to report this information 'v2 eqgame.exe Feb 14 2005 12:06:17' to Lavish Software (please do not report this message without giving the version info!)". I'm not allowed to log onto servers but I think there's a patch going. When I click okay Wineq 2.07 Lite crashes

The new expansion Dragons of Norrath is being released today, so yes there is a fairly large patch going on.
It is a fairly safe bet that when you see a new eqgame.exe being downloaded , EQPN is going to break.

WinEQ doesn't crash, it simply gets closed by EQPN. Please start a new thread in the future, instead of adding to an old one
EQPN information is now updated for this patch and should work fine when the EQ servers come up.
