Boxing Characters

hi anyone.

i tried hard to follow the directions for boxing a character. i created a sep account, but when i try to open up 2nd account i keep getting a socket error. im afraid to troubleshoot further as to mess up system totally. can someone assist me? thank you.

You might need to supply a bit more detail of what you have setup and the error itself.

A quick google indicates that a "socket error" is common when using a proxy server, or potentially AV/Firewall type software (especially if you duplicated the installation) which you need to set an exception for.
