Right Alt key sticking in EverQuest

Recently started having issue where pressing the Right Alt key gets stuck.
Saw this in the latest patch notes, "Disable New Virtual Input", would that help, and where would I put that ?

It appears the 'New Virtual Input' is the issue.
Found last version where it was an 'opt in' instead of an 'opt out' option, 7188, and no Right Alt issues in EQ.

So, where do I need to add this 'Disable New Virtual Input' option ?

Found the option, and disabling the new virtual input fixes the issue.
