Innerspace cannot access Direct3D engine

Post by Homerg » Mon Mar 28, 2016 11:11 am

I've updated my drivers (although its a Radeon 4600 so they are old) running windows 10. I try to launch Innerspace and get the cannot access direct3D engine. I've tried to eliminate all processes and I'm starting to think it might be the video card is too old. Here is the Diag info:

It's not exactly current Windows 10 either. You could try updating that.

You might also consider disabling the onboard Intel Graphics.

And then there is TeamViewer and Wondershare. The rest of the things look fairly benign, but it also looks like you do web development on it, so I'd be loathe to break a dev machine.[/code]

Its just a test box so no worries about breaking it, my EQ is far more important that doing actually work at work. ;) I've tried disabling Intel Onboard, but same result. I could uninstall teamviewer and wondershare to see how it goes, or pull the video card and use onboard video for it.
