For a few month now when ever i do a reinstall of windows 8.1 inner space keeps timing out during install, after maybe 4 try's it will finally install . is there a new setting i need to look at I'm not ware of .
I never had this problem before even when windows 8.1 came out . and i do clean installs a lot in windows and have for years and have been using IS sense it came out and before , and yes i know i don't have to .
I just do for reason like new drivers updates , windows updates etc .

Think I got it seems now it must be one of the windows updates not sure which one i have to right click it on install even if I'm sighed in as Administrator.
and Use
Run as Administrator never had to before if my PC had full access . it seems to make it run normal and with no time outs.

You don't have IS installed under Program Files, do you?
