How to set "Language"

If I want Simplified Chinese or Traditional (Complex) Chinese , how to setup this? can't find it via wiki.

If I changed this , can I get chinese output via "echo" command?

The language setting doesn't do much on its own, it's more of an API that people can use to add localization.

You can get chinese output via the echo command by saving your scripts that echo chinese characters in UTF-8 format. You will not get chinese output from anything internal to Inner Space or LavishScript.
