Lavish.dll problem

Seems for some reason files are not able to write to Lavish.dll

I've tried to run the patcher and install InnerSpace from the website but I get the error message that it cant write to

C:Programs(x86)\Innerspace\Lavish.dll

When I try to run EQ2 I get a longer message about how the program doesn't run in Windows. Not sure what to do or what to fix. I'm running Innerspace as admin. This problem started since the April 29 Update.

Did you try rebooting? ...

Otherwise rename or delete the IS folder and try a clean install.

I am gettign the exact same problem... Tried fora few hours now to fix it.
