Since the last Eve update I've noticed that when run with IS, Eve now has a lot of tearing in the station environments. If not immediatley evident, it becomes so when you press the console key.
Also, IS is reporting available texture memory in Eve as NULLMB.

Just discovered using Ctrl-Alt-F to bring up the FPS seems to fix the issue until you hit the console key.

I'm experiencing the same issues, could also be that there was another nvidia update same morning. I can't tell which one could be the cause of it. Also there is still tearing when you display the FPS but it's different tearing, like all the windows stop tearing but the main game background (in a station for example) still looks like crap.
Fun times. Anyone else seeing this? I'm using an Nvidia GT 555M

It's a known issue with the Eve client running in DX11. Lax is working on a fix else you can fix it for the moment running the Eve client in DX9 mode, you can set it on the launcher settings under the Direct X tab.
