force innerspace to launch game in WinEQ 2

Hello peeps,
just as the title states i'm wondering if innerspace can be configured to launch games into WinEQ 2.0? and if i do that will ISboxer still be able to reconfigure the window sizes and spaces and what not.

But I'm confused. If you're using ISBoxer, what do you want WinEQ 2 to do?
