Keep getting this Error when I try to play a game thu innerspace , I just upgraded to windows 8 clean install ..

Strange.

Given that you're an ISBoxer user I'm going to ask for "Diagnostics for game crashes" from ISBoxer. http://isboxer.com/wiki/Diagnostics
Hopefully this will narrow it down.

Many people are using Inner Space on Windows 8, and I don't know of any issues just from using Windows 8. I tested it during the Windows 8 beta, and I have machines right now running Windows 8 with Inner Space. So there's something more to it that we need to find out :)

I went back to win 7 on the PC'S that were having the issue ... i have three, all are about the same in stats as a far as cards and CPUS etc go .. ONly one PC run IS and games fine with Win 8 the other two I put back to Win 7 and are wokring fine now ... the one runin Win 8 like i said has about the same thing as the other two ,,, and so it is on my end etcc ...


And if looking at what i Posted any thing you may see i need to do or try i will for now thu I'll run Win 7 on these two PC ....

Unless it's configured with an Application Compatibility mode, I don't see why it's doing this for you or what is different from anyone else.

I'l just stay with win 7 on the two PC with the Issue for now , i guess till some one else has the same issue , that can acttly explain it better then i do .. win 7 works as good.. still i don't understand why one of the three PC works fine and the other two don't, owell no big deal win 7 is fine with me .. :) . I'll pin it down later on ... :) Ty for the Help so far ...

error fixed

Hey anyone interested , I figured out what caused it and it wasn't IS or win 8 or even my PC if was how I installed the game , seems if I install it from dvd's I get the error using IS and even Rarely just using it a lone in win 8 ... win 7 I don't get the error .. I had tpo download the game and install it that way ... everything fine now with win 8 ty :)))

I think it has something to do with the launcher problem Sw had a few monthsback I made a post about .. and downloading it give me the fix they did , and the DVD 's won't have it on install,so when it updated it self from the DVD install the error is sill there , I was even getting a launcher error when it updated from the DVD install in win 8 .. but if I download it tere was on error because if was downloading the fixed launcher , all I can think any way ty for what help you could give me ..


as far wow no idea why it was giving me the error but the update they just did it stopped ....
