Is that possible to run different games in one session and be able to use all the features that innerspace provides? for example window switching

You can run different games at the same time on the same computer, both through Inner Space, and they will operate independently of one another.
If this question is in any way related to ISBoxer, ISBoxer is designed to only operate one Character Set at a time on your computer. You can, however, put both games in the same Character Set (i.e. a Character Set and Window Layout that encompasses all of the game instances), and apply custom settings to each as needed.
