Is there a way to Permanently move the FPS display ?.

In Starwars, it's in a place were part of the game ui is . All I could find is a way to Temporarily move it.

Yes. Here is a pretty good tutorial video for you, specifically instructing you on how to customize your FPS indicator: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ET4cee29_5A

(Note: to open the in-game IS console with ISBoxer, you need a Hotkey configured for it in your Character Set -- http://isboxer.com/wiki/Console)

I am guessing you are talking about the -l, it's not a one, it's the letter ell. Hope that helps those coming along later and seeing this.
