Help Dont know where to put this

Hi im new and im not a rocket science but this is a e setup but yet i cant get it to run i watched the vedio and everytrhing done it over 10times.It wont launch 2nd window.Now maybe im doign something wrong idk. but thechars are both on same account (But i have 2 paid copys same login) And i did exactly what was done in video and still nutting.If someone could talk vent wise or skype idc lol Would be great Would love to buy this for long term but i cant seem to get a grasp on this atm. Thx for your time
