hi since 4.1 has hit i have been having random crash with wow, both when playing solo and dual-boxing.
so i thought it was a wow problem. uninstalled it and DL a new copy.
still got random crash.
ran windows update there were a few i was mising, then updated graphic card drivers. this fixed the solo crashs, but i am still getting dual-boxing crashs.
it happens at totally random times, sum times when i switch windows, sumtimes when i hand a Q in, sum times when i am sitting still doing F all!
what happens is my monitors ( i have two) go black for a couple of seconds and the games look like they are still running but minnimised i can ALT + TAB to them but nothing happens, i sum times get a wowcrash report happen, but not always.
i'm going to try different chars to see if something up with my main duo
i am using innerspace 5437 i have tried to switch the direct x 11 back to 9 to see if that was the cause, as sum1 else was having problems while using direct x 11.
any ideas?
random crash

There is currently a bug in WoW, since 4.1, with its Direct3D 11 renderer. The bug is that if you adjust the window, the window goes black and does not come back. This happens with or without Inner Space, as it is a WoW issue.
To correct this issue, switch to Direct3D 9 mode. That should be about it

You can use a parameter to wow.exe to force it to d3d9 mode, regardless of the config.wtf setting. Inner Space adds different Game Profiles by default for the DX9 and DX11 modes, so you can specifically use the "World of Warcraft DirectX9" profile assuming this has already been made for you.
If you're using ISBoxer, go to each of your Characters in the top pane and find the Game Profile drop-down box, and make sure it's not set to DirectX 11. Specifically select DirectX 9 there.
If you want/need to edit an existing Game Profile for the d3d9 or d3d11 mode parameters, see http://isboxer.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=22&t=774 for instructions. If you want to create a new Game Profile you can just use Add Game from the IS menu, point it at wow.exe, and put "-d3d9" in the parameters box (no quotes).
