EQ2 Crashing After 4-19-2011 Patch

Is this happening to anyone else?

After the 4-19 patch, EQ2 crashes on startup and gives this message:

Everquest II has detected an unrecoverable error and must be shutdown.

<verify> E:\live\eq2\framework\scenegraph\src\VeAppearance.cpp (5265):
ERROR - Appearance cache is invalid.

I'm assuming (hoping) that IS just needs to patch also, and my configuration isn't borked somehow.

Lax, please advise. . .

Forgive me if this has been resolved elsewhere, but has anyone else found the solution who might take the time to post it for others to see?

Ok well if it helps anyone else who like me was away for a couple weeks, the problem is with Nvidia graphics drivers and the EQ2 client, not with Innerspace.

Visit the Nvidia driver downloads page and all should be well.

My solution was to edit the eq2default.ini

for some reason there was a // before this command:

cl_resource_address http://eq2.patch.station.sony.com/patch ... ts/common/

I just needed to delete this and then it stopped crashing. I tried brand new drivers and that did not help me.

Alright thanks, the new drivers allowed me to run the EQ2 client itself, but not through innerspace, I'll give that a shot.

Problem being that this forces the game into streaming mode...
