How to "save" IS console position?

Post by Gray » Sat Mar 26, 2011 10:10 am

I'm 100% sure I had my former copy of IS to open its console in EVE window at the certain place (where I've placed it before). How, after replacing my XP with Win7, it doesn't work anymore: it always opens console in every new window at its top, enclosing my game targets. Any way to "save" its position in Win7 as well?

Window positions should be stored to InnerSpace.XML when you close an instance of IS. Launch one game, move the console to where you want it, and then close it out. It should save. You may need to launch it without additional IS extensions for it to save...

Or just edit InnerSpace.XML manually, with IS shut down.

No matter how hard I tried - it doesn't save console position... I.e. I launch EVE from IS, then I open console and move it to desired place, then quit EVE, then quit IS (without launching any bot). After I relaunch both, console window is at the same place (0:0). Had to edit it manually, pixel by pixel - it is a slow way, but better than nothing...
