I have a couple of questions:
1. Can I run innerspace in 64 bit or does it only run 32 bit? I have it installed in program files (x86) and it is not working. I have tried to run it in 32 bit, but I get the same error (which I will describe below).
2. Do I need to modify my install for Vista? I get a message stating the program may not have installed correctly since it was written for an earlier version of windows. I have tried both option 1. Program installed correctly, and 2. Re-install using recommended settings (or something close to that).
I have made sure that my firewall is not blocking innerspace. When I run as administrator, I get the username/password prompt. (My subscription is paid through 3/5/11 and my ISX games is paid up as well.)
After a couple of minutes, I get a message saying that my subscription was verified but my connection timed out. I do not get an innerspace icon on my taskbar. I have tried logging in several times in the last 24 hrs, but continue to get he same message.
I ran a virus scan and found no problems. Is there anything you can do to help me? I am a gamer, but am not too tech savy, so I am sorry if this question seems unusual.
Thanks.
Timed out error
