EQ1 Gamma Fix?

Ok, I know I've figured out how to do this before, but when running 3 sesssions of EQ using WinEQ2/IS/ISBoxer, Windows gamma gets extremely bright.

If I open the ATI control panel and move the gamma slider, it jumps back to where it's supposed to be.

How can I make it so the gamma is only brightend once for all three sessions? With no gamma adjustment, it's too hard to see stuff in game. But three is over kill ;)
