Eve Online "Window not available".

After running Eve Online I cannot load isxeve extension.
Here is What I get:

Session name 'is1' accepted
Window not available
Global Bind 'is_key' could not be added
"here is dir to isxeve.dll" could not be loaded into memory as Win32 library
Extension 'isxeve' could not be loaded
Session name 'is1' accepted. 

When Im runing it without isxeve i get only:

Im trying to run it in WinXP+SP3(32bit) with dotnet2.0 and newest directx under vmware.

When I was trying to runt it on Win7 x64 it worked good until loading isxeve. After that I was getting error that there is no python25.dll and adter that dotnet error.

Since I cannot edit my posts I'm writing a new.
I found solution to win7 problem. I reinstalled it and didnt download development releases. But still exist problem with vmware and winxp.
