LOTRO broken with build 5085

After auto updating I can no longer launch my lotro character sets, I get the following dialog popup:

TurbineLauncher.exe - Common Language Runtime Debugging Services

Application has generated an exception that could not be handled.

Process id=0x5f4 (1524), Thread id=0x1220 (4640).

Click OK to terminate the application.
Click CANCEL to debug the application.

actually i think i figured out the problem, i had fraps running at the time i was trying to launch my character sets. once i killed fraps i could now launch them.

so, false alarm
