A few questions. ISboxer and WOW

Hello. I have a few questions about my isboxer.
Ok so I got it setup so far I think and my characters follow me. I have the Jamba addon too that helps me.

BTW: I have a priest, a mage, and a shaman.

But I cannot get them to assist me when I attack mobs. And I also can't figure out how to make them accept quests that I do.
Maybe there is a macro or something I am missing. or maybe a setting that I missed. Anyway can someone please write back soon? I'm sooo excited to play my toons! oh and one more question...is there a way to make your toons be in a certain postion when following you instead of stacked ontop of eachother?

As far as quests, for NPC interaction you will probably want an Interact w/ Target key set in WoW (there isn't one by default), and then you want to set up a Mapped Key to broadcast it. Mine for example is configured in WoW as J, and then I made a Mapped Key to hit J on all windows when I hit Alt+J. Then you can either turn on Mouse Repeat for the quest window selections, or you can try to rely on Jamba to do it for you, which works most of the time (but can be annoying if your characters have different quests available from the same NPC).

As for assist, I assume you used the Quick Setup Wizard? Did you make any changes after doing so? Is the ISBoxer Addon (in wow) enabled for all of the characters?

ok so far i got the assist thing working, thanks!
But i still cant figure out how to make a formation keymap.

any suggestions? I been looking for a step by step guide on how to make my formation look something like this....
