Active Window Is Not On Top

Post by nodak67 » Sat Nov 07, 2009 10:55 am

i have isboxer "slave regions always on top" checked but when the 5 windows are loaded the main active window is behind the taskbar.

is there anyway to make the main active window on top like the slaves so i dont have to keep unlocking the taskbar and/or moving it everytime i play my 5man team?

i am using triplehead2go across 3x24" on win7 64bit pro.

left 24 is running slave 2 & 3 @ 680x768 for each slave
middle 24 is running the main active window @ 1360x768
right 24 is running slave 4 & 5 @ 680x768 for each slave

grrr cant edit my own post.

anyway, in addition to my post, even while playing the main active window will NOT come on top of the taskbar even though the 4 slaves are on top of the taskbar.

It sounds like the taskbar is configured to be always on top, which means that unless I add an option to let you keep the main window Always On Top instead of just the non-main windows, you'll have this problem. Alternatively, you could probably just disable the "Keep the taskbar on top of other windows" option (the windows key can be used to bring it up at any time), and not have to unlock or move it.

Not that I'm against adding this option (I can add it soon...), but I'm not aware of a single other person who wants it ;)

only problem is that win7 has no option that i can find to turn off the taskbar on top when auto hide is unchecked. in the mean time i have the taskbar set to autohide.

just did a google and it seems they removed the "always on top" option, so its either auto hide on or off in windows 7.
