ISBoxer virtual file spam

I'm using ISBoxer to virtualize my configuration files for several EQ1 characters.

However, every time something causes the game to update a config file, I get a message "File 'x' filtered to 'x-charname'"

This wouldn't be a big deal, but I also run clip.iss which adjusts the clip-plane dynamically when focus changes. Adjusting the clip-plane causes the config file to get updated, resulting in the 'filtered to' message. Basically, a lot of spam whenever I toggle between my characters.

Is there any way to disable the 'filtered to' message?
