I open up WoW with InnerScape and i typed in ext isxwow and i get the error:

Extension was build for ISXDK version 30. Current ISXDK version is 31.

How can I fix this?

ISXWow is not supported here. It is a plugin that runs on top of Inner Space and you would need to contact the authors ISXWow for support.
