I recently bought a new pc and after reloading everything, I cant get any virtual files working for WoW.
I copied the innerspace folder from my other pc (which works fine) to my new pc and it is creating all the virtualized files, but isnt using them it seems.
All the wow instances load without usernames.
I have deleted all the virtualized config.wtfs as well as recreating my entire ISBoxer configuration with no luck.
I thought it may have been a permission problem on the wow directory so I have changed it so that all have full control over the directory - the files are still created, just not being used so it appears.
After opening the xx-Config.wtf files, I noticed there is a realm name but no username.
Any help with this would be appreciated.

If the files are being created, then they are being used.
It sounds like it's probably more related to your new WoW install(s) and less about your ISBoxer config. To make sure your account names get stored, check the box in WoW beneath the login boxes to store your account name. Log in to character select for each guy, then quit back out (hit escape a couple times) to close WoW. Your account names should then be stored
