Did you check on the EQ2 forums over at www.isxgames.com?

You may need to verify that you have the same client and extensions on all three computers.

This does not look like an IS issue at all.

The runtime error r6034 (and the subsequent DirectX error) has something to do with software installed on your system not being compatible, but trying to load in every process. I've seen this 2 other times in the last 6 months, one of them was SQL Server 2005 so if you have that, try uninstalling it. I don't recall the other one, I will need to check my logs to find out what it was. Either way, you can try shutting down other running programs, or reinstalling Windows

If you don't know what it is, then that's not the software causing your problem. That's just what one of the people had that was.
