Windows 7, Innerspace, EQGAME.EXE Errors

I have newest drivers and i can run Everquest.exe. I created a profile for the everquest.exe and the shortcut on desktop says "run as admin" I hit "play" and the eqgame.exe pops up error about hanging up and wont load. I set eqgame.exe to always run as admin also.

I have newest video drivers
I have direct x9 Aug 2008

Clean installation, so its my first time running this program.

I'm unclear as to whether you're saying you used the Make Shortcut button to make an icon on the desktop, but assuming that's the case -- did you run Inner Space as administrator first?
