with todays patch the innerspace no longer works with wow

InnerSpace works fine on a lot of games including WoW.
The only difference with WoW and those other games is that InnerSpace requires ISXWarden. That was updated same day as the WoW client patch.

The problem, usagicam, is ISXWarden is not released nor supported on these forums.
ISXWarden is released on the ismods forums and is the correct place for reports of issues with it.
Inner Space itself works fine with WOW, which is not what you said in your post.
